Simplicity Hair Oil Blend will never violate your privacy by selling or trading your information. Our website does not collect personal data. Your shopping cart items are transferred to PayPal over a secure server. We never have access to your bank details. We get notification of your purchase after your transaction is completed through PayPal.
We accept credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through PayPal for all USA and international purchases. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their system using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you do not have a PayPal account you can log in as a guest to purchase your items. A PayPal account is not required for purchases.
All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to insure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing, and take the "no refund policy" into consideration before you buy.
Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read the ingredients and agree with the purchase price. We do not accept cancellations, so once you have completed your order we will prepare it for shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We will prepare all items Monday through Friday from (9:00am -5:00pm) PST. When you make a purchase during this time your item is packaged and shipped (4 business days) after your order is (received). You should also add additional days for shipping based on the method you select at checkout.
All orders placed within the United States and internationally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. US orders can take 2-3 business days for delivery depending on when the item is packaged and shipped. International orders can take 6-10 business days depending on when the item is packaged and shipped. The final destination or location is also a factor. Additional options (Express Mail: United States 1-2 days, International 3-5 days) may be available during checkout. If you need an item shipped sooner please contact us via email to insure we can meet your anticipated arrival date. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather or holidays.
Orders within the USA and International: Simplicity Hair Oil Blend assumes no responsibility for late, never received (lost), stolen or damaged items. Once shipped, we can not replace the never received(lost) items but we can offer you a coupon code to re-purchase the items that you did not receive at a discounted price.
All items shipped have the option to include insurance at checkout. Insurance through the shipping service covers the buyer if the package is never received (lost) or damaged during shipping. If you choose not to purchase insurance you may reorder your item if it is lost or damaged during shipping. A "lost shipment" means that the shipping service has no record of your package being delivered to the address you provided.
If you do not receive your insured package within 15 business days please contact us via email. We will try to locate your package and rectify the issue. Please note it can take up to 30 days to research, process and reship packages in the US and up to 45 days for international orders. We work very closely with our shipping suppliers to insure that your package arrives safely, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items if you do not add shipping insurance. You may choose to re-purchase if your item is not received.
International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. Simplicity Hair Oil Blend is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by Simplicity Hair Oil Blend. For more information on customs/duties charges, please contact your local customs office. Simplicity Hair Oil Blend can NOT track priority international packages. Please note Simplicity Hair Oil Blend is not responsible for any stolen, damaged or never received (lost) items. Products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
